If the sample does not need to be customized and designed, we will not charge for the sample. If it is a sample of a custom product, it will be refunded to you after place an order.

Of course, we have quite strong factory capacity to cooperate with you. If there is a need to assist in adjustments, we will also provide assistance and solutions.

If the product is in stock, it can be shipped within two weeks. But if it is a customized product, it will take two to three months at the earliest.
First of all, we will send you samples for confirmation; secondly, we will not proceed with the production of products until we send you pre-production samples for your confirmation. During production, we will inspect all products and also conduct random inspection before packing.
